"I've tried cakes from here like 4-5 times only the first time it was veryy good all the rest were very disappointing experience not gonna try again ever ALSO EVERYTIME YOU ASK FOR DELIVERY THEY'LL BE LIKE "abhi ladhka nhi hai" LITERALLY EVERYTIME"

"Initially the taste, customer service, designs were all great. It has degraded to a very low level in the past 1 year. The staff is very arrogant. Delivery was late, spoiled cake was delivered, which they claimed was fresh, but wasn't. Poor quality of cream was used. When called, the staff talked rudely and denies to compensate in any way and instead asked that if a replacement is needed, we should come to the stop. Whereas it was their failure in delivering the cake safely and ensuring quality. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone."
